Cancellation Policy At Beauty, Wellness & More, we value your time and strive to provide every client with a relaxing and personalized wellness experience. To help us best serve all clients, we kindly ask that you review our booking and cancellation policy below. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future appointment if rescheduled within the required notice period. Beauty, Wellness & More reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments when necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
